Rich Fernandez is is a 30-year IT professional having worked for Fortune 100 & 500 Companies, start-ups, government and mid-level companies as well as heading various small business ventures in Silicon Valley. He served a total of 8 years in the US Army/Army Reserves where he was a Tactical Satellite/Microwave Systems Installer & Operator and held many different leadership positions while serving. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Information and Computing Systems from San Francisco State University, and recently completed the Extreme Ownership Leadership Course – MUSTER 006, offered by Echelon Front.
Rich’s exceptional technical and business experience is coupled with his front line leadership perspective into extreme ownership, winning mindset and culture of his vast professional experience and military service. He is the Co-Founder and Alpha Leader of the Pack who hosts the Step Up To Challenges Podcast, and develops and implements the Strategic vision for Step Up To Challenges.
