Hosted by Rich Fernandez, this Podcast discusses and explores how one must step up and confront life’s challenges. By identifying, taking ownership of and prioritization of those challenges in your life, you have now committed yourself to trying to physically and mentally overcome those challenges. Overcoming challenges in our lives is hard work and many times you must put in so much time and effort whether it’s hourly, daily, weekly or yearly to begin to diminish and chip away at those challenges. Often times people ignore or fail at confronting the many challenges they’re faced with in life due to a lack of or flat out bad leadership of themselves and those around them. Rich will discuss his and other people’s real-life challenges both past and present and see that through leadership and by applying the four rules of combat discussed and made famous by Jocko Willink, how it helps us step up to, face, and defeat those challenges!

FOUR RULES OF COMBAT

1. COVER AND MOVE

2. SIMPLE

3. PRIORITIZE AND EXECUTE

4. DECENTRALIZED COMMAND
